About the job
We will provide a raw STL mesh (Creality CR-Scan Raptor Pro, ~3.60 m wingspan, ~2 m fuselage length, likely with gaps in shadowed/concave areas). We need a fully feature-based, native SolidWorks model (separate parts: fuselage, left/right wing with correct airfoil/twist/dihedral, tail/fin), NOT a surface patch of the raw mesh -- the model must support downstream design of interfacing parts (motor mounts, hatches, internal bulkheads).
Required: dimensional tolerance +/-2 mm (non-aero surfaces), +/-1 degree on twist/dihedral/incidence angles; a deviation report (mesh vs. reconstructed model, >= 3 cross-sections); deliverable as native .sldprt/.sldasm + STEP export. Firm one-week turnaround, file delivered ~Aug 27-28, work window Aug 31 - Sep 4 (Madagascar time, UTC+3) -- hard deadline, gates three downstream design tasks starting Sep 7.
Budget cap: $500 total. Please quote: fixed price (must fit within this cap), confirmed availability for the above window, software used, and a portfolio example of a comparable feature-based reconstruction (composite/aero part), ideally with its deviation map. Quality comes first within the cap -- a cheaper quote that doesn't guarantee a feature-based model and the stated tolerance will be declined even if under $500.
