Develop circuit, component selection
Maintain electrical symbol and Component LIbrary
2. Panel design
Panel layout, component arrangement
Position terminal block, connector, relay , power supply considering crrepage, clerance, heat dissipation, cable routing, accessibility
3. Solidworks Electrical 3D integration
4. Wiring harness design and documentation
Wiring diagrams | Point-to-point wiring diagrams | Cable schedules | Wire lists | Terminal plans | Connector pinout documentation |Harness drawings
Cable routing information | Wire numbering | Ferrule/marker information
5 BOM and manufacturing documentation
6. Electrical Calculation and Engineering
Load calculation | Power Budget | MCB Fuse |Cable wire size selection |etc..
we need person for 6 Months minimum.
