Fastener Reverse Engineer and Spec Sheet Design Ended

I am looking for someone with fastener knowledge in metals and spec/technical sheet creation for manufacturing with the ability to provide necessary files/drawings to send to global manufacturers for quotes.
-Define Material specification. Zamac 3 Body with Zinc plated or Carbon Cone
-Make sure the drawing tolerances are correct particularly in relation to any critical dimensions, these should be highlighted on the drawing. Always better to try and manufacture within the customers requirements so that nothing is made out of spec.
-State how the manufacturer will measure the parts. Are they going to do SPC on them. This gives a good record of dimensions and also allows for Control Limits and Specification Limits with the abilitity to view the charts/data.
-Unsure if this product is heat treated. If so, we need wording onspecification for this and how are they confirming batch hardness levels.
-Verify if the cone is plated. Again, important to have an agreed specification for adhesion of plating and thickness. This should be covered in the ASTM Standard. Also, important to know is the material/plating process susceptible to hydrogen embrittlement.
-Are they carrying out camera inspection on the final parts and if necessary.
-State typical agreed acceptable and unacceptable defects
-Verify all the ASTM standards that cover the process involved.
