High-end residential builder seeks a detail-oriented drafter to join an active project immediately. 25–30 hours per week.
You'll work directly alongside our designer and project coordinator to turn design decisions into buildable documentation while construction is underway. The layout and structure are set — this role is about the details that make the finish work right.
What you'll produce
Interior elevations for kitchens, baths, and built-ins
Tile layouts with dimensioned start points and cut lines
Framing and blocking details for finishes — grab bars, floating vanities, niches, benches, heavy mirrors
Spec sheets and finish schedules
Map sheets and detail keys
Renderings from the working model
What we need from you
Fluency in Home Designer Pro. Chief Architect users are encouraged to apply — the skills transfer directly, and you'll be working in Home Designer Pro files.
Experience producing interior construction details, not just floor plans
Fast turnaround. Working hours:
Comfort taking design direction and provide feedback.
Working hours: 8am-1pm US eastern time zone
Option for full time.
