Assembled Dehumidifier and Refrigerating unit assemblies for product line variants of four types maintaining their individual configurations intact using SolidEdge. 3. Helped in designing a customized tool to generate flat pattern sheet metal parts for various combinations using CATIA sketch workbench. 4. Designed singlehandedly roof structure to accommodate solar panels. Provided detailed manufacturing drawings and rendered images of 3D model as well. 5. Mechanical & Electrical standard parts developed using Knowledgeware module of CATIA V5 applying formulae for parameters defined in the 3D model for different configurations by inserting the design table. 13. Modeled composite parts with honey combs using composites module. 14. Selected for Advanced Structural Analysis training at employer’s premises for FEM, Structural Analysis of general and aerospace structures, etc. 15. Learned Hyper-Mesh, PATRAN-NASTRAN & Ansys, also exposed to MATHCAD. Having a little experience of FEM aerospace projects.
