Designers reputation points are part of the vetting process on Cad Crowd and are tracked on the leaderboard (see all-time leaderboard score). The score is calculated using the following criteria:
Contest-related points
- 1st place = 50 points
- 2nd place = 40 points
- 3rd place = 30 points
- 4th place = 30 points
- 5th place = 30 points
- Nominated = 20 points
- Participated = 5 points
- Early bird = 5 points (entry in first 48 hours)
Community forum participation
- Add a topic = 1 point participation
- Answer a question= 1 point
- Upvoted answer = 1 point
- Downvote answer = -1 point
Other points
- 1-to-1 project = 50 points (per project)
- Complete profile = 5 points
- Portfolio submission = 5 points (max 25)
- Editor’s portfolio pick = 20 points
- Portfolio likes = 1 point (max 1-point bonus per user)
- Followers = 1 point per follower
- Bonus points = awarded on a case-by-case basis
- Share 3D models = bonus points for sharing CAD files (coming soon)
