I tried to develop a model most both simple and aesthetically possible. It consists of a plastic case conformed by two pieces, a flat one in contact with the desk, on which the radio relies, and the upper one shown in the picture with all the holes need to allow buttons to emerge. The shell of this radio is designed to avoid square corners, the purpose of this is to save material and also favor the ejection of the part from the mold of plastic injection. Each Volume and channel buttons have been simplified into one trying to have the least amount of holes in the casing so the plastic injection mold design might be simpler (less pins). At the inner part of upper case, some reinforcement ribs should exist at the curved edge of every button hole in order to give the case more resistence
