#55 Balloon Holder for Archery - Design #5 by Advandes
This design is made up of 4 molds all of which can easily be assembled. Mounting holes are located in each hub attachment and the main hub. The adjoining hub attachments are slightly tapered at the "ears" to allow for easy alignment and a snug fit. The bulls eye is a 98.9% open area and the total open area is 96.4%.

#80 Design #7 Adjustable Balloon Archery Target by Advandes
Same as previous design but now with adjustable balloon holders. The balloons do not have to be inflated to the exact circumference every time. Simply move the arms snug against each balloon.

I understand what you are saying, but I believe there is an exposed hole at the end of each Hub Leg Attachment. It may not be clear in the rendering. Would you like me to send you an enlarged rendering? Also, are you talking about the first time you load the device with balloons? I would expect that when a balloon needs to be replaced, you would not take the device down, or would you? Would you bring a pre-inflated balloon to the device and set it in place at the target location? This shouldn't take more than a few seconds to do. Also do you expect there to be an existing "pin" that you would hang the device on or would you hold the device up to the hay bail and pin it in place, or possibly both options? There are additional holes in the Bulls-eye hub that I think should be accessible for optional support. Thanks for your review and comments...Aaron

Hi Aaron. Thank you. You have 2 entries that I am considering seriously. However, I realize now that there is one flaw that needs to be addressed. The mechanism for attaching the device/holder to the backing target holder in your enries requires the user first attach the device to the hay bale (or similar) and then install balloons afterwards as the holes for pushing a nail through are behind the balloons. I'll need the connection moved to and end so it is still exposed after the balloons are installed.

A better explanation. When shooting at an archery range, people shoot, wait for all clear and collect arrows and then shoot again (in unison). The user should have the ability to simply prepare the entire device ahead of time and then simply hang the device and balloons quickly.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Your invention is a really cool idea. I can redesign the center section to extend out further. My thoughts were that the spherical ends creating a smaller circumference than the balloons would provide a grip or wedge around the balloons, subsequently holding them in place. The less than 1/4" diameter main frame also provides a better surface for deflection. If you like my design we can certainly work together to refine it for production. I wish you the best with your invention. Aaron

The balloons should all be as flat against the back as possible which also means that the 4inch center balloon will need arms that stick out further (see screenshot in attachments)
