I am assuming that you could look to the exploded view I sent.
If it is the case, the big red part is the trigger that pushes the Omron switch. The Switch is a small piece near the board.
Once the switch is pushed the system will change the status to alarm (on) from not alarm (off) and will remain in this new status until another push of the trigger toggles the status to off.
I mean, the switch has not latch (retention) and thus the system (your board), must be programmed to emulate the latch function.
My design will include a spring to push the trigger, which is not shown.
If you are not able to see my exploded design, please indicate and I will gladly send additional views of the device using a communication channel of your convenience.

Hi Manuel,

Could you provide me further details about your design? What is the mechanism you used to activate the electronics and how does it work exactly? What do you mean by "the latch is assumed programmatically"?
