ladysuave, I made the restrooms single stall ADA compliant and removed the other power pole from the parking lot to add a couple more spaces, per your request. I appreciate the opportunity to design for you and hope this final drawing helps clarify what you are envisioning for this park. :)

I accidentally left the trash cans hanging out where they didn't belong, sorry. Reprinted - final version is entry no. 18. Thank you. :)

Done! Thank you for your patience with me too - it's not always easy ascertaining what someone wants without visual aids (marked up drawings), but I think we did pretty well. :)

I perfer the bar entrance to be on the west or east side of the building and wall off the office with only one door to the office. If you can do that change for me it would be perfect and your final submission. Thank you so much for your participation and patience.

Tara thanks for the floor plan. I don't think I specified the restroom type in the description. I was wanting 2 unisex one person restrooms. Also, is it possible to create the bar in the T shape design with the restroom on the sides and the small office space in the rear. Like the photo I sent. I also noticed the powerline in the parking lot. Can you remove the powerline and possibly create another parking space or two? The posts will be removed when the park is constructed. I really don't see anything else I would change. It looks really good. The best so far!

I have submitted a 7th design with everything all in one building. The back part is 20 x 24 so it can be divided up into 4 spaces of 10 x 12 if you wish (2 restrooms on the back with the bar open to the attached pavillion, side by side with the office, for example). You had mentioned a fire pit, so I added one. If you look at my legend you can see what the symbols mean...I also added another truck at the south end for a total of 7. If there is anything else you'd like to tweak, I'm happy to oblige. Thank you!

Hello again ladysuave, am I doing this right for a private discussion? (Sorry, yours is the first I've participated in on Cad Crowd!) To answer your question, the software I have, AutoCAD LT, is 2D only. I "could" download a 30 day free trial of 3D software, if necessary...but that would take several extra hours. As for the bathrooms being close to the drainfiel, yes, I did that on purpose. Looking at your most recent comments, yes, I can make the bar/bathrooms and office all one building - can also attach pavillion. I'll draw up another couple of designs to show these. I'm glad you like it, I like making people happy! :)

I have been studying your design. I really like it. Is it possible to put the office with the restrooms and bar. It doesn't have to be big. It would probably save on construction costs if I only had to build and install utilities at one building. Perhaps another truck can go in that space. I was also thinking the bar and pavilion could be closer together, if not connected. Maybe move the pavilion further back and have the front open tables with umbrellas or fire pit..etc... I like that the restrooms are near the drainfield. Less work for the septic installer and less of an expense for me.

Thank you for taking the time to participate in the contest. I glad you had fun. Your designs were labeled easy to understand. I'm sorry to say that the designs are not quite what I'm looking for. You added all of my requests but everything seemed spread out and separate. This will be a place for social gathering with an intimate setting. Food, drinks and acoustic music. The food trucks are the most integral part of the business and they were not the focal point in either of the drawings. I think if you make the trucks the focal point you will create what I'm looking for. Its important for the customers see the design and concept of each truck, it is a selling point. Side views of the trucks facing the customers works best. The landscaping was a nice touch. was the better one out of the 5. I appreciate any questions you may have.
