The last model I uploaded is 6cm tall like your first specification. I see you have changed that to 4cm. I'll send you a new rendering with this dimension.

Hi. I sent you another solution (). I added the hinge feature but put it elsewhere so that the holder can be easily molded. A snap-in feature on the opposite side. I hope you like the design.

I was thinking that since they will be in concave basins (urinals) the two halves should, if anything, push together more.
It could become an issue during packaging or Installation that the puck might fall out.
Perhaps adding a younger and groove on top or side with simple one way (single use) latch/barb would alleviate any fears of such problem.

Is it necessary to stick them together? Like snap-in or other. Currently the two parts are staying together only on a flat or concave surface. But if you manipulate the holder the two halfs may easily separate. Is that ok for you?

This is indeed a unique design. I really like the hinge, this suits our 'assembly speed' criteria nicely.
