Thank you for the interest , I am here to wrap what do you have in your mind to convert it to real Design.

1) I can send you the file .stp and to give it to manufacturer to make the coordinated direction from his CAD software to make my Design . ( it is more simple to go to manufacturer and to ask him what type of file he want to make the Design , and then tell me what he want )
2)Don't worry it is not dumb your question , it is verry normal and important question , I will check it with more attention and I will send about it .
3) I like your imaginatio and this kind of bath , It is very simple to keep the flowing ends of the bath and generally this shape for your exactly dimensions of your room . It is more simple to Design as you tell me with a metal bar to the wall and to other side with something else . I can redesign what yoiu want and genrally don't worry , I am here and every design to make your life more simple .

Hi Michael,

This is good work, I really like REV2. A few questions for you (sorry - i'm new to CAD design and CAD crowd too!):
1) If you did the CNC file would I be able to send it to any manufacturer with a CNC machine and they would simply load it into the machine and it would carve the shape from MDF or is it more complicated than that?
2) Can you advise on approximately how much carbon fibre would be required to wrap the MDF shape to provide sufficient structural strength? I couldn't understand the stress analysis nor see the pictures in it, nor derive the amount of carbon fibre required for the build - sorry for being dumb!
3) I have a limited space for the bath and whilst I absolutely love the flowing ends of the bath I will need to accurately measure the space available on the plans and feed them back to you to ensure that there is space for the lovely shape you have designed. The other consideration is that I intend to hang the bath from two metal tubes attached to the wall by brackets (one side of the bath will be next to a wall whilst the other will be facing the open bathroom - hopefully this makes sense?)
