"Snappy Config"
Just have 2 components :
- Top Cover ( material : ABS Plastic or else )
- Male & Female Body ( material : ABS Plastic or else )
We just need 2 molding, for Top Cover and Male & Female Body, each mold construciton just need "core and cavity" to create the part shape model. Each mold construction doesn't need "side core" so the mold cost can be cheaper.
You can see at my attached files to more detail and specific description.
Need your feedback to make this product better.

Just use 2 mold
"Male and Female Body" and "Top Snap"
Each mold construction just use core and cavity (without side core construction mold; more simple and cheaper mold cost)
Use plastic material : ABS (or another recommended material)

Rubber Snap? Are you mean Rubber Foot?
I've already use snap fit system for male and female snap. I don't understand clearly about your need.
Please see the 3D files Sir, and give comment with screen capture to the pictures.
If you want to know to how it really works, give the STL files and print the mook up. The cost for mook up are relative low.

Interesting concept Ridwan but I am not sure how the rubber snaps would work. Each square male side will need to snap flush on to the square female side of another unit. It will need to be firm fit and be able to be snapped together and unsnapped many times. Could a single large square connector be an option? Can you provide at least one more option for how the male/female snap could work?
Once the rectangular top is snapped on, it should not need to be removed very often.
Are you able to provide one or more prototypes? If so, how much would they cost?
