Description:
Requires a belt driven supercharger with a replaceable 50 mm semi open impeller ( can be double impeller ) to boost into a 26 cc Gas Engine ( 13000 rpm). 50 mm Flywheel / Pulley at the engine drive shaft ( note 1:5 taper and M6 ) for belt drive to a small flywheel / pulley on the impeller shaft to overdrive the rpm. Wall thickness 1.5 mm, stainless steel impeller shaft resting on 2 ball bearings. Impeller is bolted on to the drive shaft M3 bolt. Intake is 16 mm diameter, a WYK series carburetor will be mounted on the Intake using 2 bolts of M5. Exit into the engine is mounted with 2 bolts of M5. Wants:
Multiple Entries accepted - a workable 2 stage single volute is a likely 1st prize winner, 2nd prize - latest high performance single stage single volute design. As light as possible yet robust, small footprint, aesthetic design. Looking for correct clearance between volute and impeller. Drawings in igs format.
Don't Wants:
A design that is not manufactureable. Need a practical design where type of belts, bearings are commercially available. Not to use metal gears as they are heavy. Impeller design vanes not too close - need to be machined with standard tools.

I want to know why are you asking for the design instead of buying the whole thing to the manufacturer. If the reason is to get a cheaper part, you are likely wrong headed.
If the reason would be to design something similar to sell, it would be much easier for you to ask for a replica of the existing design, saving to you and the designers the testing of alternatives. In you request it is important to state the quantity you plan to manufacture as it will change the selection of materials and manufacturing processes.

In picture - Zenoah G260PUM2 - The black plastic adaptor is redundant and supercharger is mounted directly into the cylinder inlet. The lower M5 bolt need access so the intake of the supercharger be lowered to give access to this bolt.

Hi,
I want to make the following changes to my Solidworks files. I have created a tie-down in Solidworks and I want someone to add the spring function similar to a mechanical pen. The tie-down will push down and retract inside it's case, push again to pop out of it's case. Attach are example pictures and the designer must have experience in mechanical spring cam function. Before you get my cad files you must sign a non disclosure form.

OBD2 Box
I am looking for a CAD design (iges) for an injection moulding company to make a tool from.
The design will be for an OBD2 box which is a box that plugs into the cars OBD port.
I have uploaded some images of the sizes and the current box but this is too plain and generic, we need something bespoke to our company and something that looks sharp. Maybe even with a bit of a fancy shape, again think gucci perfume bottle.
