Thanks for the submissions. Rather than a sketch or CAD floorplan, I am really looking for a conceptual image of what a home as described would look like on the site. Looking more for conceptual images of a visual of the home using the CT Project Examples as inspiration along with the description I provided of general home layout. Then, if that conceptual rendering is in-line with our vision, we would like to hire someone to produce actual plans/CAD/detailed design plans. Hope this helps. Thank you.

There may be some confusion here. I am not looking for a finished plan or any complex autocad design. I am looking for a rendering concept of a home using the layout description provided and the CT Project Examples as exterior concept. I am not in architecture but I am open to increasing that significantly for actual designs and potentially a finished product. I am looking for some high level concepts of what a home generally fitting the description would look like on the site. I just assumed someone could take the photos and input them into architectural AI software and produce a concept quickly. I may be mistaken and I am sorry if I am off-base. If someone is interested in providing some conceptual images/layouts, I would be open to significantly more compensation for a more in-depth design. Hope this clarifies things.

Nesura, You can ignore the road, that will be easy to insert later or you are welcome to include a road/driveway. The house plan on the Plat w Notes attachment is where the home would be situated. Ignore the guest house. What we are looking for is a rendering of what a home would look like on the site. The CT Project Examples attachment is some of the style that we like. Don't worry about local codes - they are lax. Thanks for your questions.
The proposed internal road within the site is not drawn on the plan. Also, what is that house plan in "Plat w Notes"? I need to know whether you need that one, or if you need another design from scratch with plans & 3d
