Description:
I have an Onshape model of a drawer insert with customizable compartments. The model is driven by a variable table, but it currently breaks when changing values — some features disappear or fail to regenerate. I'm looking for someone to fix the model so that it works properly when adjusting:Number of compartments (up to 24)
Compartment dimensions (width, depth, height)
Placement (starting from the bottom left, relative to the previous compartment)
You will need to diagnose the issue, clean up the feature tree, ensure everything updates reliably, and leave the model organized and editable for future use.
Deliverables include:
A fixed and working Onshape model
Updated variable table with sample inputs
Brief summary of the fixes made
Wants:
Applicants will be evaluated based on:Experience with Onshape and parametric CAD modeling
Ability to troubleshoot constraint and rebuild issues
Clear communication and ability to explain what was fixed
Responsiveness and ability to start quickly
Portfolio or past examples of similar work
Bonus points if you’re available for possible future revisions or related design work.

Hi this is manoj have 10 year exprience in design and devlopment i think i can give you good qulity model as per your req.
Can you upload the model?
Hi robert. Here it is: niklasmaverick@gmail.com (Onshape This)
I can share the link with permission to copy & edit if you provide an email
Hi robert. You need to enable permissions to edit your Onshape document or to at least make a copy to another workspace.
Hi, Akinpelud. Yes I would like for you to share access so that I can review it. Thanks
I've finished updating the Onshape model with a streamlined feature tree and stable parametric behavior. The compartment count, dimensions, and positioning now adjust consistently through the variable table. Let me know if you'd like to review it or if I should share access for final delivery.

I’ve completed a revised version of the Onshape model with a clean feature tree and stable parametric behavior. The compartment number, dimensions, and placement now update reliably via the variable table. Please let me know if you would like to review it or if I should share access for the final delivery.

Hello! I am new to cad crowd and I am interested in tackling this project. Could you share access to the Onshape model in question? I only see a picture of the workspace attached.

Bring our mascot to life! 2D to 3D Design for 3D Printing
Our mascot has lived his entire life as nothing more than a 2D image on a screen. It's very sad, and it's time that changed!
We would like to render our buddy into 3D with the ability to print and assemble him with the new wave of MakerBot 2 3D printers. The output should be an SLA files we can slice and print.
The final piece will be used as promotional material and/or just something around the office.
Enclosure for small wearable electronic device
I'm looking for 3D design ideas for a small electronic device that will be worn on a users belt. Eventually the chosen design will be adapted to fit electronic components and manufactured.
- Design an enclosure for a small electronic device that will be worn on a users belt
- It will need to have a robust belt clip built into the design. I am also open to the option of a removable clip if it is not a complex design.
- The main surface facing away from the users body should be flat to incorporate a built in antenna
- It needs to include a:
- Power switch/button
- Two easily accessible user buttons
- A micro USB port
- The product name (six letters long - please just use "beebee" for now) should be incorporated somewhere into the design.
- The size of the device is approximately:
Width: 45mm
Length: 80mm
Height: 10mm
Beverage radio cup
Base is an automotive drink cup - easy enough.
Top is screw down, with a difference - the removable top allow the user to drop in a radio into it to recharge - I have a recharger that has a square base, and I can send you a picture of it, along with photos and measurements, that sits on the desktop and I need to adapt it to a round, screw down top, that fits into the cup, as the top.
Please note the power cable in the back. Dimensions for the INSIDE of the charger for the radio to fit into are:
Next Generation Headphones
The product you will be designing will be a headphone. Like the Dre Beats but with my own styling seen in the box below . My company would like to keep its identity private so competitors will keep clear of our business, I hope you can respect this decision. Please try your hardest and you will be rewarded.

The design chosen would be made into a fine hand knotted Rug using Pure Sheep wool and Silk.
