I do not think anyone need to participate in these contests, as these contests are only for one particular designer as we do not even get any feedback etc.
Anyways, it is a waste of time...

I was about to submit my work in last competition. When I returned, it was gone. If you have already decided the winner let the competition continue till the end or inform us at least whether you like our design or not.

Please take the time to rate all the entries, even the shitty ones. People will feel better than no rate at all.

Atleast give a warning 24 hrs before declaring the winner so that we can submit our work which we worked spending hours or let the competition go till due date instead of ending it earlier

That's right @mecanikad spending time for many revision, etc. So just hiring the person that you believe, then no body spending time for nothing

The same designer did a good job last time, hence inviting him to this competition. Its an open competition

Like the previous, this doesn't look like a contest but more like a hiring. Only one designer is invited again. The same person. It's not a problem for me but please let me know if you are decided to work with him only, so I wont spend time for nothing (once again).
