Zimark | Hardware for Forklift Vision and Shipping Control

I provide ongoing industrial design and mechanical engineering support for two distinct Zimark products: Forklift Vision, which tracks pallet movements from forklifts, and Shipping Control, which verifies outbound pallets at warehouse dock doors. MY CONTRIBUTION For Forklift Vision, I develop camera enclosures and mounting hardware that fit the forklift and its operating environment. For Shipping Control, I develop dock-side hardware, including the Jetson computer enclosure and integration of cameras and other physical components around the loading bay. The engagement spans successive design iterations, prototype work and manufacturing preparation. Working directly with Zimark across both products lets me carry installation and service requirements from one design task to the next.
