Winery Transfer and Nitrogen Inerting: How-It-Works Process Animation
How-it-works animation for a wine transfer setup. We follow the product from the tank valve, through the hose, the pump and an inline nitrogen inerting unit, into the receiving tank. Transparent pipe sections and coloured flow show what's happening inside, and the valves open and close at each step so the sequence is easy to follow.
What's in it:
- Tank outlet and butterfly valve opening, with a see-through section so you can watch the wine start to move
- Hose, pump and the inline nitrogen unit, with the oxygen reading shown on its display
- The receiving tank filling up, then the valves closing in order
Process animations like this save a lot of explaining on a sales call. The viewer gets the whole sequence in about a minute, including the parts you can't see on a real installation. It also works on a trade show screen with no sound.
Animated and rendered in Blender. If you sell process equipment, send me your layout or CAD files and I'll tell you how I'd show your process.
