A silent alarm wristband designed for a client: a 4-digit LED time display that glows through soft silicone, 4 alarms, a vibration motor and USB-C charging. Curved 4-layer PCB (50.8 x 12.7 mm) with an inner ground plane; ATtiny1616 with 32.768 kHz crystal and UPDI pad; IS31FL3731 LED-matrix driver; MCP73831 LiPo charger and MOSFET motor driver. 0 DRC errors; delivered Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place and schematic PDF, plus a full Blender 3D model of the case, lens, button, battery and band.
