Warm Contemporary Apartment Interior Design | Residence 92

Complete interior design concept and 3D visualization for a residential apartment in the Cuza Voda development by LOID Construction in Chisinau, Moldova. The project combines warm contemporary design with subtle classic details, a calm neutral color palette, natural wood textures, decorative wall moldings, integrated lighting, and functional custom-made furniture. The design includes the living room, kitchen and dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallway, and enclosed balcony. Each space was developed to create a cohesive, comfortable, and practical home while maintaining a refined visual identity throughout the apartment. My responsibilities included space planning, interior concept development, furniture arrangement, custom cabinetry solutions, material and color selection, lighting design, SketchUp modeling, and interior visualization. Software used: AutoCAD and SketchUp.
