Vlineos Luxury Bathroom Suite | Multi-Material Technical Assembly & DFM

Overview The Vlineos Suite for Voglauer is a flagship collection in the luxury Alpine furniture sector, merging organic stone-inspired forms with high-precision cabinetry. While at Hans Winkler Design, I served as the Lead 3D Designer, responsible for translating the agency’s core aesthetic vision into a comprehensive suite of production-ready digital assets. Technical Execution & Material Logic This project demanded extreme precision across a diverse material palette including solid wood, carved stone, glass, and acrylic. My primary focus was the Technical-Aesthetic Bridge: High-Fidelity Modeling: Developed the core 3D models for the entire suite, ensuring the "pebble-inspired" organic language remained consistent across three distinct material streams. Sanitary-ware Precision: I led the technical development of the washbasins, maintaining daily contact with the Voglauer engineering team. We refined the geometry to the millimeter to ensure perfect fitment and drainage logic, resulting in 100% production-ready data. Structural Coordination: While I provided the external geometry and design intent for the cabinetry (representing ~95% of the visible form), I worked in close coordination with Voglauer’s technical team, who finalized the internal structural components and specialized hinge integrations. Technical Deliverables Full-Suite 3D Development: Native Rhino modeling of all furniture and fixture concepts. DFM Consultation: Managing the "Pebble" geometry transitions for both surface-mounted and integrated configurations. Visualization: High-end rendering and detail shots to communicate form, material texture, and light-play. Accreditation & Professional Context Project Presence: Vlineos Series for Voglauer — A commercially successful luxury collection with a global footprint, distributed throughout Europe and international markets.
