Vacuum Lipstick Demolding Machine

I designed and developed a vacuum demolding machine for lipsticks, covering mechanical and pneumatic engineering, fabrication, simulation and control-system development. I developed the automation and an HMI for operation, calibration, testing and process configuration. I implemented chamber-loading, mold-repetition, purge and cycle-completion sequences, coordinating the actuators with the machine's operating logic. The interface lets operators configure the process and run test and calibration functions, connecting operating parameters to equipment behavior. Engineering included SolidWorks CAD modeling, mold and pneumatic manifold design, vacuum-system definition, component selection and manufacturing drawings. I used flow and thermal simulations to evaluate the design. The equipment was manufactured and the pneumatic system and production components were functionally tested before operation. My responsibilities covered the complete development, from mechanisms through control and user interface. Portfolio date: June 2025.
