V6 Engine Oil Pan — CAD Modeling & Assembly Integration

Project Overview Mechanical CAD modeling of an oil pan designed as part of a V6 engine assembly developed in Autodesk Fusion. The component was modeled with attention to its integration with the lower section of the engine and its relationship with the surrounding components. Technical Highlights - 3D mechanical modeling of an oil pan - Integration with a V6 engine assembly - Orthographic and section-view analysis - Inspection of internal geometry - Component fit and spatial integration - Autodesk Fusion workflow Objective The objective of this project was to develop an oil pan as a functional component of a larger engine assembly rather than as an isolated 3D model. Section views were used to inspect the relationship between the oil pan and the internal/lower engine geometry, helping verify the overall integration of the component. Software Autodesk Fusion Portfolio Focus This project demonstrates my ability to develop mechanical components and integrate them into larger assemblies while using section views and CAD inspection tools to evaluate geometry and component relationships.
