UUV Concept to Product Design

I developed an Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) from initial concept design through detailed engineering, structural analysis, and photorealistic product rendering. The project is intended for scientific exploration missions, including oceanographic research, seabed mapping, environmental monitoring, marine biodiversity studies, and underwater archaeological surveys. I created fully parametric 3D CAD models of the hull, propulsion system, buoyancy modules, payload compartments, and sensor integration architecture, enabling efficient design optimization and configuration management throughout the development process. Structural integrity is evaluated using FEA to assess hydrostatic pressure loading, stress distribution, deformation, buckling resistance, and safety margins at the specified operating depths. Hydrodynamic considerations are incorporated to improve vehicle stability, maneuverability, and energy efficiency. The project concluded with high-quality rendered visualizations.
