Upper Cementing Plug

The customer provided the required external appearance and overall dimensions. The task was to develop the product geometry and manufacturing documentation for operation under pressure, temperature, dynamic loading, and corrosive-environment constraints. The project included: • 3D CAD development • Production-oriented geometry for casting • Material selection under specified service constraints • CFD analysis within the customer-defined operating conditions • Structural assessment within the agreed scope • Preparation of manufacturing drawings
