This assembly demonstrates the mechanical operation of a universal coupling used to transmit rotary motion and torque between two shafts operating at an angular misalignment. Components Included: • SHAFT (2 Nos.) • FLANGE (2 Nos.) • CENTER • COLLER (2 Nos.) • PIN (1 No.) • PIN1 (1 No.) • PIN LOCK 1 (2 Nos.) The model was created using standard SolidWorks part modeling and assembly techniques. Appropriate assembly mates were applied to accurately position and constrain each component while maintaining the intended mechanical function of the coupling.
