Unit cooler EVP-3V450 - three fan industrial air cooler

Conceptual design of a three fan unit cooler (industrial evaporator), 2007 x 760 x 700 mm, 3 x 450 mm dia fans, dry mass 98 kg. Includes a photoreal render, an exploded view of all 31 components, and a general assembly drawing in third angle projection with full bill of material, principal dimensions and manufacturing notes. Construction: AlMg3 aluminium casing and drain pans, copper tube and aluminium fin coil (9.52 mm tubes, 4.5 mm fin pitch), stainless steel brackets, powder coat RAL 9003. Fully parametric model - the geometry regenerates from the duty specification, so capacity, fan count and casing size change without redrawing. Software: Solid Edge, FreeCAD, Blender.
