UAV Development – Fixed-Wing Platforms, Launch Systems & Production

Development of multiple fixed-wing UAV platforms from engineering design through prototyping, testing, manufacturing preparation, and production. My work included mechanical and structural design, 3D CAD, system integration and packaging, composite structures, manufacturing documentation, tooling, prototype development, testing support, and production implementation. Five UAV platforms I worked on were successfully brought into production. I also developed a mobile UAV launch catapult that was brought into serial production, including mechanical design, structural development, manufacturing documentation, prototyping, testing, and production preparation. The projects involved practical engineering across the complete development cycle - from initial design and system integration to physical prototypes, manufacturing feedback, design iterations, and production launch.
