Two-Stage Reduction Gearbox - SOLIDWORKS Design & 3D Printing

Team project: designed a two-stage speed reduction gearbox in SOLIDWORKS - 3D modeling of the gear train, shafts and housing, stress checks and design optimization. Components were produced by 3D printing (additive manufacturing), assembled, and tested with a V-belt drive, then presented to faculty at Zagazig University.
