Two-Piece Electronic Wall Switch Enclosure

A two-piece electronic wall-switch enclosure recreated from physical reference photographs and measured dimensions. The project involved reverse engineering the external form and internal construction of the existing product. Separate front and rear components were modeled in SolidWorks, including the outer cosmetic surfaces, rounded edges, switch opening, connector clearance, internal walls, locating features, mounting bosses, and assembly interfaces. The completed design was checked as a full assembly, and detailed SolidWorks and DXF drawings were prepared for the front and rear components. This project demonstrates reverse engineering from physical references, electronics-enclosure design, accurate component modeling, and the preparation of manufacturing documentation. Software: SolidWorks Deliverables: SLDPRT, SLDASM, SLDDRW, STEP, and DXF
