TUNNEL CAR & TRUCK WASH

Each station was designed from scratch and I was given 6 weeks to design everything, size and spec. out motors and gearboxes, perform FEA where necessary to verify and document that the equipment was strong and safe. The entire line sits in a long narrow pit that is dug and prepped for drainage and reclaimation systems. The light color that appears along each side at the back of the lawn is the concrete floor of the building this will be installed in. The conveyor belts that pull the vehicles through each wash station are flush with the rest of the floor in the bay.
