Tubular Space Frame Chassis Design

Designed and developed a high-performance tubular space frame chassis for the SVU Racing Team. Created a lightweight, rigid structure to securely house the engine, suspension, and driver. Built the 3D wireframe model in SolidWorks using the Weldments tool, triangulating the frame members to ensure maximum torsional stiffness. Designed the front and main roll hoops to meet strict safety and competition rules, resulting in a complete 3D CAD model optimized for track performance and ready for structural analysis and manufacturing.
