Truck Frame Welding Jig with Rotary Welding System

Designed a welding jig for truck frame manufacturing equipped with a rotary welding mechanism to improve welding accessibility, accuracy, and productivity. Responsible for the complete project from concept development to detailed engineering drawings, including fixture structure design, locating and clamping systems, rotary mechanism design, tolerance considerations, and manufacturing documentation. The jig enabled stable workpiece positioning and efficient welding operations while maintaining dimensional consistency and product quality.
