TR-160 Machining Trunnion - Two-Axis Rotary Assembly

A machining trunnion concept with a 160 mm table, bolted cradle and fixed/floating bearing supports. Assembly, section and mechanism views make alignment, access and bearing-stack decisions visible. The project includes an editable FreeCAD master, configuration models, STEP exports and prototype-review drawings. It demonstrates mechanical assembly development and service access planning. This is a digital subsystem study; machining accuracy, stiffness and operating performance require physical validation.
