GNDD 2–3 DOF Motion Simulator Platform

This project is a comprehensive CAD design of a 2–3 Degrees of Freedom (DOF) motion-based racing simulator platform, developed to deliver a realistic driving experience through mechanically simulated acceleration, braking, road feedback, and directional motion. The platform is designed to support a racing seat, steering wheel, pedal set, and electronic components with a strong focus on load distribution, structural rigidity, and ergonomics. The motion mechanism features optimized linkage geometry, joint locations, and structural members based on mechanical strength and manufacturability principles. The design follows a production-oriented and modular approach, making it suitable for sim racing systems, training simulators, and dynamic motion platforms.
