Three-Station Racing Simulator

I designed and built an interactive three-station racing simulator from scratch for simultaneous competition. I developed the mechanics, electronics, control system and software, from initial concept through commissioning. The work included structural calculations and design, CAD modeling, fabrication of frames and mechanisms, safety features and control electronics. I developed acquisition and processing of speed, distance and time variables, together with an interface to monitor each station and coordinate the competition with the audiovisual experience. The architecture connects the mechanisms with control logic and information presented to operators and participants. All three stations were manufactured, commissioned and validated directly with users in real event conditions. The project demonstrates complete system development combining mechanical engineering, electronics and software. Portfolio date: December 2024.
