Valdiation by simulation, Steady-state thermal simulation of an aluminum heat sink subjected to a 0.5 W/m² heat flux, with an ambient temperature of 300 K and natural convection cooling. The study is performed using HyperMesh as the pre-processor and Altair OptiStruct as the solver to evaluate the heat dissipation performance and temperature distribution under steady operating conditions.
