Surface Treatment & WWTP System Design

Designed and developed an industrial surface treatment line integrated with a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) system. The scope included: • Surface treatment processes: pickling, phosphating, and passivation • Full MEP system design (electrical, piping, drainage) • Boiler system integration for process heating • Chemical handling and process flow design • Wastewater treatment system (neutralization, filtration, discharge) The project delivered a fully integrated, efficient, and environmentally compliant system for industrial operations.
