Sunset Park 3D Site Model – New York

Developed in collaboration with a client from the United States, this Rhino-based 3D site model of Sunset Park, New York, was crafted to accurately represent the historic recreational facility and its urban surroundings. The digital model highlights the Art Deco-style pool house, Olympic-size pool, basketball and sports courts, and surrounding tree canopy in simplified geometric form, ideal for both visualization and analysis. The clean, diagrammatic style makes it suitable for presentations and urban research. Executed under SArch (Sarvaiya Architects), a design consultancy I founded, this project showcases our niche in architectural modeling and contextual visualization. With a growing international portfolio spanning over 10 countries, SArch specializes in Rhino and Grasshopper-based modeling, catering to academic, real estate, and research clients globally. This particular model was used to study site relationships, accessibility, and massing within the Brooklyn neighborhood fabric, while maintaining a balance between realism and abstraction. The integration of trees, streets, and building volumes helped the client envision the site’s spatial dynamics effectively. The precision and clarity of the model demonstrate our commitment to delivering high-quality digital representations for design and planning workflows.
