Sunset Bellavista

Sunset Bellavista is a nine‑story residential building designed to maximize views, comfort, and contemporary urban living. The project features a mix of thoughtfully planned units, efficient vertical circulation, and amenity spaces that enhance community life. The architectural approach balances clean modern lines with warm materiality, creating a refined presence within its neighborhood context. As part of the project team, I contributed to the technical development and BIM coordination of the building, modeling complex structural and architectural systems in Revit, integrating workflows through Autodesk Construction Cloud, and producing high‑quality visualizations using D5, My role supported precise documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and a seamless transition from design intent to constructible detail.
