Structural Design of a Modern Villa in Revit

This project involves the structural design and BIM modeling of a four-story residential villa using Revit. The primary structural system is based on reinforced concrete elements to ensure high durability and load-bearing performance. Due to width limitations in the staircase area, the beams supporting one side of the stair were designed as steel members to achieve the required spatial efficiency while maintaining structural integrity. Additionally, the southern columns include a 1.5-meter cantilever extending across a height of 4 meters. To strengthen these supports and ensure overall stability, reinforced concrete piles were incorporated into the structural foundation system. The design focuses on achieving safety, constructability, and seamless integration within the architectural layout.
