Square Aseptic Bottle

This square bottle design was created for products similar to Pedialyte or Gatorlyte and is currently available for purchase at select QT and Love's convenience stores. The major focus on this design was to prevent vacuum deformation after the product was sealed. Using simulations, I determined the best rib design and wall thickness required to prevent deformation.
