Spring-Loaded Mechanical Locking Mechanism

I engineered a consumer mechanical product that incorporated a moving locking mechanism with springs, steel balls, and threaded components to provide secure positioning and smooth operation. The assembly was designed in Fusion 360 with a focus on manufacturability, ease of assembly, and reliable long-term performance. The final design was optimized for production and functional testing.
