Snake Pavé Pendant

Developed a highly detailed 3D jewelry model of an intricate snake pendant featuring a complex pavé stone-setting layout. The main goal was to achieve a natural, fluid flow of the serpent's body while meticulously placing hundreds of stone seats of varying sizes. To ensure flawless manufacturing and high-quality polishing, the project was engineered and assembled in separate interlocking parts. The primary challenge lay in managing the dense parametric geometry and calculating perfect tolerances for the assembly joints and undercuts. By utilizing precise CAD modeling and curve-based pattern distribution, I delivered a production-ready file with flawlessly aligned prongs and perfectly fitted components for a seamless casting and setting process./
