Sketch to Fabrication Drawing: NEMA 34 Motor Bracket

The customer sends a sketch on a legal pad. I send back a drawing their shop can build from without calling me. This one is a 1/4" bent plate bracket for a NEMA 34 motor with two gussets: three views, an isometric with item balloons, weld symbols, a cut list, bend callout and notes. My own part, sent in the way a customer would.
