Single Punch Die
This portfolio work presents a complete series of single-operation stamping dies for automotive sheet metal components. All 3D parametric modeling, virtual assembly, interference checking and press compatibility verification were fully completed in UG NX.
The die set consists of multiple independent single-station dies, covering core stamping processes including forming, trimming & piercing, and sizing. Each die performs one dedicated stamping operation, and the full set is engineered for 250-ton press machines and small tandem production lines.
Every die is equipped with precision guide pillar & bushing units, standardized die bases, accurate locating & stop assemblies, and elastic stripping mechanisms, ensuring high forming accuracy and reliable long-term performance in mass production. The compact structural design also enables convenient installation, adjustment and on-site maintenance.
The visuals include top views of lower and upper die assemblies for each process, as well as side sectional views of the die in closed state, fully demonstrating the forming surface design, guiding layout and complete assembly architecture of each die.
