Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

My work with shell-and-tube and air-cooled heat exchangers blends analysis with creativity. The HTRI suite is my first stop for thermal design calculating flow rates, pressure drops, and heat transfer performance. Before integrating the data into a detailed 3D model. The challenge lies in reconciling theory with manufacturability, ensuring that every heat exchanger delivers performance, serviceability, and longevity.
