Sheet metal frame

We designed this custom sheet metal frame for a client. The enclosure is intended to house electronic components, For a compact control system. It features precision-cut ventilation slots on the side panel to facilitate airflow and thermal management, along with a large fan grill at the rear for enhanced cooling capabilities. The design incorporates multiple cutouts to accommodate ports, connectors, and cable management. Mounting holes are strategically placed to secure internal components and to ensure easy assembly. The design maintains optimal balance between structural integrity and functionality while keeping manufacturing efficiency in mind. All bends, holes, and features are tailored for CNC sheet metal fabrication processes. This frame reflects a robust, user-oriented design approach based on the client's specifications.
