Designed a NEMA 4 / IP65 rated sheet metal electrical enclosure in SolidWorks using sheet metal tools. Fabricated from ASTM A1008 Cold Rolled Steel 16 GA (0.060"). Features ventilation cutouts, continuous neoprene door gasket, SS304 piano hinge with clearance fit tolerancing, and quarter-turn latch. Delivered complete documentation package: photorealistic renders (open and closed), fully dimensioned flat pattern drawings for body and door with bend direction callouts, hinge detail views with mating tolerances, and fabrication notes per ASME Y14.5. Finish: Powder coat RAL 7035 Light Grey.
